Deleting your Zino Live account permanently removes your profile, follower relationships, virtual gifts, VIP tiers, and unspent balances. This action is irreversible.

How to Delete Your Account From the App

If you have the Zino Live Android application installed on your device, you can delete your account instantly:

Open Profile & Settings

Open the Zino Live app, tap on your Profile tab in the bottom navigation bar, and select the Settings icon.

Select Account Security

Navigate to Account & Security and tap Delete Account at the bottom of the page.

Confirm & Authenticate

Review the deletion summary, confirm acknowledgment, and authenticate your password or verification code to permanently close your account.

Submit a Web Deletion Request

If you have uninstalled the app or cannot access your mobile device, submit your account details below. Our security team will process your deletion within 7 working days:

Data Retention & Erasure Policy

What is Deleted Immediately:

  • User profile, avatar photograph, bio, and display name.
  • Active room memberships, follower lists, and direct message history.
  • Authentication tokens, device push tokens (Firebase FID), and session tokens.

What is Retained for Regulatory Periods:

In compliance with financial audit rules, anti-fraud regulations, and tax laws, anonymized ledger transaction records (proof of coin purchases, Diamond exchanges, and payout records) are securely retained in an encrypted legal archive for statutory periods (up to 5 years) and cannot be modified.
