- Real-Time Audio & Interactive Communications: Microphone audio transmitted during live voice rooms or broadcasts, public chat messages, emojis, virtual room gifts, and direct messages.
- Device & Telemetry Data: IP address, device model, operating system version, unique installation identifier, and crash/performance logs.
3. How We Use Your Information
We process collected information for the following legitimate purposes:
- To create, authenticate, and maintain your user account.
- To deliver ultra-low latency audio streaming and voice room multi-seat coordination.
- To process virtual currency transactions, gift exchanges, and creator commissions.
- To enforce community safety, detect hate speech, spam, harassment, and prevent underage access.
- To comply with statutory legal, accounting, and anti-fraud obligations.
4. Third-Party Service Providers & SDKs
We partner with trusted industry infrastructure providers under strict data privacy agreements:
- Agora RTC: Provides encrypted, low-latency audio/video communication pipelines. Audio streams are ephemeral and processed in real time.
- Google Firebase: Delivers push notifications for room invites, direct messages, and system alerts.
- Google Play Billing: Facilitates secure, encrypted in-app purchases of virtual coins. Financial payment card credentials are handled directly by Google Play and never touch our servers.
5. Data Security & Encryption
All client-server communications are encrypted in transit using industry-standard TLS 1.3 / HTTPS. Private credentials, application secrets, and database access are maintained in secure server enclaves outside public web roots. Passwords are hashed with salt rounds preventing plain-text recovery.
