1. Agreement to Terms

Welcome to Zino Live ("Platform", "we", "our", or "us"), operated by Big Live Technologies. By downloading, accessing, or registering an account on our mobile application or website (https://zino.biglive.online), you legally agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our End User License Agreement (EULA).

If you do not agree to all terms stated herein, you must immediately uninstall the application and discontinue all use.

2. 18+ Age Threshold & Strict Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account or participate in Zino Live. By using the platform, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older.

Zero Tolerance for Minors & CSAM:
Accounts belonging to individuals under 18 are terminated immediately upon discovery. Any transmission of child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or exploitation triggers immediate permanent bans and automatic reporting to relevant law enforcement agencies and NCMEC.

3. User-Generated Content (UGC) & Code of Conduct

Zino Live is built on respectful, creative community interactions. You agree that you will NOT broadcast, post, upload, or transmit any content that:

  • Promotes hate speech, discrimination, harassment, threats, or violence against any individual or group.
  • Contains sexually explicit depictions, nudity, or solicitation of commercial sexual services.
  • Infringes on intellectual property, trademarks, or publicity rights of third parties.
  • Promotes fraudulent schemes, illegal gambling, pyramid operations, or deceptive practices.
  • Distributes malware, viruses, or disrupts platform infrastructure and audio streams.

4. Virtual Goods, Coins & Economy

The platform features virtual goods including Coins, Diamonds, Beans, avatar frames, chat bubbles, and animated gifts:

  • Virtual coins are licensed, non-exclusive, revocable digital privileges, not property or legal tender.
  • All virtual currency purchases completed through Google Play In-App Billing are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable consumer law.
  • Coins and virtual items cannot be transferred outside the official application or exchanged for fiat currency outside authorized creator settlement channels.

5. Moderation & Enforcement

We maintain active 24/7 automated keyword filters, algorithmic audio monitoring, and human moderation teams. We reserve the right to mute microphones, kick users from rooms, delete inappropriate content, and temporarily or permanently ban accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

6. Termination & Account Deletion

You may terminate your account at any time via the in-app settings or via our Account Deletion Portal. Upon deletion, your profile and active memberships are permanently removed.
